Free airport wifi!

The bags are checked in, the cats have gone kicking and screaming (literally!) into their carriers, and we’re now hanging out in the departures lounge for another couple of hours until our flight to Frankfurt boards.
It’s right about now that the 3-4 hours of sleep we managed to get last night starts to show its’ toll. Good thing the benches are somewhat comfy.
Next stop, Amsterdam!

What’d you do with the cats, are they going in chemical free, or did you dose ‘em with a little baby-gravol?
This is very exciting for you! I will be living vicariously through your new life in Amsterdam. So don’t disappoint.
Best of luck on the flight, to both and you and probably especially the cats! Perhaps somebody should go past during the flight and offer them a hot towel, Stewie style. Or perhaps not …
Nope, the cats are rocking out in drug-free bliss. The vet said that there can be complications when sedatives combine with altitude, so they’re awake and, likely, terrified.
Meh, they’ll survive.

Have a great trip you guys! Sounds like a good beginning to the adventure. Sometime, as you eat supper and watch a movie over the Atlantic, pause for just a brief moment and imagine 2 of those flights with 3 young children, just to humour me.
